However, it apparently doesn't work under NT/2000 and thus probably also under XP. And it's not a real Windows GUI app. The very unambitious app I was looking for, and which would be quite easy to create (I think), is just a true Windows 32-bit app that lets you paste in the EPD of a single puzzle, select a couple options with radio buttons or checkboxes, and click a "Solve" button that sends the puzzle to Chest and displays the results in a scrollable window from which you can copy them to the clipboard.
