I think that position learning is used as the default parameters if position
learning is possible.

I know that at least for yace(that does not participate in the tournament)
position learning is possible when I analyze but if I change engines under
chessbase interface and use yace again then yace forgets everything that it
learned and it means that position learning is not relevant for it in games.
