It looks interesting. The only problem is that the web page designer is trying to bully visitors into enabling Javascript by changing only the background color to dark-blue/grey from html, then setting the foreground colors from Javascript. That way the page is practically unreadable without Javascript since the black fonts don't stand out on dark-blue background. (A proper/non-bullying way would have been to either leave the colors alone from the html and do them all in Javascript, or if they need to be changed, to change both, the foreground & the background from html to a usable combination instead of just changing the background.) Unfortunatelly, enabling Javascript in the browser opens you to a flood of visual distractions, pop-ups, font sizes overrides, ...etc from marketing/sales bullies around the web.
