I believe that anybody who is capable of using a screwdriver have a lot of patience and read the manual that usually come with the motherboard is capable of installing a motherboard. The best technicians are those that started without taking any course, and simply got the courage to open up the case, trust me by the time that I decided to take a correspondence course, I already had replaced 5 different motherboard.
