Hmmm, a strange list IMO.  The weaker engines seem to have estimated playing
strengths way above other lists e.g. IMO Faile 1.4.4 is not >2200 ELO - I would
say 1900 ELO.  Nevertheless, I know that Doctor?3 is quite strong and CTP has
done well to beat it.
