This is not totally correct. You are right, that the learning in analyze mode is temporary, and will be forgotten with the next restart (or a new game). But Yace also has also a permanent sort of position learning (similar to other engines) that is relevant for games. In analyze mode, or from setup positions, however never permanent learning data will accumulated. Regards, Dieter
