That means he thinks that CT Palm version could be in the range of Elo 2050 - 2150 on the Palm hardware. I understand 14.9 is a stronger version, so a few points could be added. With a difference in rating of some 150-200 points CT Palm still has a chance of winning a game of around 20-25%, statistical say each 4th or 5th game. So it is a very good performance, don't get me wrong, but it's not "hardly believable". We've seen more spectacular things.... J.
