Dr. Hyatt is incorrect and Deborah is correct.  It is obvious on a 1.2 ghz or
stronger that programs are over 2500 and probably over 2600.

FIDE should allow Fritz to participate in human FIDE tournaments for a year to
determine an accurate rating.  It would be good advertising for everyone
involved.
