I have an "operator time" variable inside the Chess Tiger engine. But the Palm
GUI does not use it.
Over the years I have found really little use for this "operator time" setting.
Generally you just need to set the time controls to 10 minutes less than what
they are in reality to allow enough time for the operator.
So for example, and depending on your operating skills, instead of "game in one
hour", just set the program to "game in 50 minutes". A fast operator would use
"game in 53 minutes" (that means an average operator time of 4.2 seconds per
move if the game lasts 100 moves).
