His first quote to me about how well a new version was going to perform against an old one was "time will tell." THIS time he has said that he made one important fix that will improve the strength "by at least 1 ELO", and another important fix that will improve the strength "by at least 1 ELO, maybe 2 or 3, or maybe not....". So, to answer your question, "time will tell." jm
