1 x 1533 get's 748kn/s for F7 Fritzmark with 256MB Hash so the numbers really
depend on what position you are talking about....
and what test....
With 32MB for hash tables 421 @ 300  for P3 500

so p3 at 2Ghz 1200kn/s
the P4 at 3Ghz might equal this
 the results for a 2.2 P4 were 1412kn  unknown hash table size for F6 fritzmark
which should relate to 884Kn/s for Fritz 7.... I personally have decided the
Hammer/Sledgehammer chips would be the ones to get if i want to double my
performance. I have no time to wait around for Intel to make their Pentium 4 to
be better than their P3 at the same clock speed for chess.
