An existing program will run only on the environment it was built for, so
there's no possibility to take Rebel or Mchess (DOS) or CM5500 (Win16) and run
them in a 32-bit environment. To do that, these programs would have to go major
revisions. They would probably be faster, after a lot of tuning to the new
environment.
