Inside the chessbase engine folder typically: C:\Program Files\ChessBase\Engines
Make a folder for the engine you would like to run under CB GUI ie:
C:\Program Files\ChessBase\Engines\Crafty
In the Crafty folder (or whatever WB engine you would like to install) copy the
files neede to run crafty+the Crafty.exe (be sure to call the engine the same as
the folder or the other way around) then you need to place the winboard.eng in
the engines folder: C:\Program Files\ChessBase\Engines
be sure to rename it to the same as the Crafty folder and the Crafty.exe so it
would look like this: Crafty.eng
Now you should be able to find it in the engines dialouge within Fritz 6, all
the settings must take place though in the crafty.rc or whatever engine settings
file for the engine that you install.
However the winboard engines does not run very well under CB gui's, but there is
a way around that with the WB2UCI adapter by Odd Malin, if you are very serious
about running WB engines in CB GUI you can send me an e-mail and i will guide
you through, the WB2UCI requires Fritz 7 GUI though.

Regards
Jonas
