Depends on the regulations in your country. In Germany, you would. A database falls under copyright law, provided it was created with more than just a small bit of work. Even a link list such as the one on Steve Pribut's pages would be covered by copyright law (in Germany). >I didnt see any copyright information mentioned on the games.
