Whoever wins the Fritz vs Kramnik, there ought to be a follow-up Fritz vs Deeper
Blue. But if I'm forced to make a bet, my money is on IBM being afraid to face
Fritz. The media hype would call it an Intel vs IBM battle, and IBM's prestige
loss from a potential defeat would far outweigh the positive publicity from a
potential victory. Chess is politics, not sport :(
