"over 2800 in its Elo performance"

I've been shouted down for similar claims in the past, but I'll repeat myself
anyway. Although Elo ratings are IN THEORY relative ratings within a limited
pool of players, they are used IN PRACTICE as an absolute rating system. When
Kramnik says "over 2800 Elo" nobody would answer him, "What pool of players are
you talking about, Mr. Kramnik?" When he says "This program is over 2800 Elo" it
is just as easily understandable to his readers as statements like "My son is
over six feet tall".
