From the help file: <quote> Menu: Help – Threat (or Shift-T) Displays the immediate threat, (i.e., what the opponent could do if no defensive move is made). The threat is displayed as a red arrow on the board. Please note: a kibitzer can be set to display the threat in every position that occurs on the board. Right-click the engine window of the kibitzer and select "Threat". </quote>
