Thanks Kurt, I didn't explain myself right, I have many winboard engines set up
in the F6 gui, but I don't know how I can personally play the winboard
engines in that gui after trying last weekend.

I am a rusty 1500 player, occasionally I play at the chess club in Woodbury, NJ.
I thought I might get beaten less badly by a lesser engine, I have no shot
against Fritz 6 though you can dumb it down some. Possibly its the ego factor,
wanting to win once in a while.

I think playing an 1800 rated engine might be interesting for me. I did get
on Arena and played Pierre 1.4 and won easily twice with one draw. Then I played
Sdbc and lost twice, but the first game I blew it when I lost a piece.
