Progams might average 2800 ELO.  The problem is that the number of games is low,
and so the certainty is also low.  I think it's pretty plain that at G/90 they
are at least 2500.  I have not seen any 40/2 games in a while.  Tragically, I
think the whole format is now dead.  Blitz rules.  The slowest format still in
use is G/90, pretty much.
