Here are some lucky games I guess, that is more than one or two, plus several
other win against Gaviota, Gnu Chess 5.02 and Novag Turquoise at slow time
control, since at fast time control of less than 30 minutes per game the faster
hardware is going to win 70% of the times.
These are NOT too interesting in some people point of view, but it just proof
that CTP 14.9 at slower time control could beat Amateur winboard programs rated
between 2150- 2350. Your program might be next at 40 moves in 60 Minutes.
As I promised I decided to retract the 33. Qg7..Bd7? since I figured out the
correct amount of Hashtable to use for Sjeng in order to avoid the blunder.
Sjeng played the correct move after 33. Qg7.Rd4! but CTP 14.9 knowledge was to
much for the calculating power of Sjeng. This was a good lesson in which most
people always consider the Kns or Fritzmark without really taking into
consideration the Chess Knowledge of each program.

I replay the previous game by entering the first 4 moves for both programs, but
I reduced the hashtable size from 12 to 6 MB. I also used the nbook.bin dated
3/21/02 for SJeng and allowed CTP14.9 to use its book. I decided to replay this
game without endgame TB for SJeng 12.11, since it would be unfair for CTP 14.9
since CTP 14.9 doesn't use TB. Finally, I also overclocked my Handspring Visor
Prism to 54 Mhz since I noticed that SJeng 12.11 now was capable of searching a
depth between 9 thru 13.

It is hardly believable, but 'litte' ChessTiger14.9 defeated the German program
Doctor?3.0 running on a much faster hardware. Below the commented game. I like
my Chess Tiger 14.9 for Palm (33 MHz) very much and it's a pleasure to play
games with this program on my slow handheld.

by Doctor? 3.0.} 19... f5 {Black last book move} 20. a4 bxa4 21. Rxa4 Rc2 22.
Rc1 Rxe2 {A possible but not the best solution. Black should rather exchange
rooks and protect his attacked a6-pawn. The way Doctor?3.0 is dealing with the
position allows White to obtain the more active pieces.} 23. Rc6 Rb8 24. Kf1

I already wanted to say that this would be a remarkable idea. But the next
