My 2 cents:

I think this will not help Fritz.
Fritz' own book is a very wide statistically book, not tuned by hand.
And Fritz is playing only tactical, but this very good.
If u give fritz a Geniusbook, which is probably very posititional,
u will Fritz guide to openings, where it can't continue with a
good tactical concept, and .... will lose.

A very interesting thing i detected with crafty:
Now after using the top50.bin-book crafty is longer in book
then in earlier games. And the endposition (after out-of-book)
is nearly in every case a position without tactical possibilities.
More and more games Fritz lose against Crafty. And the only reason
is the top50-book. Crafty is almost 2 or 3 moves longer in the
book then Fritz. So Fritz' own book is it's disadvantedge.
This top50 is, of course, no killerbook against Fritz.
It's only a book, which fits better to Crafty then other books.

Try to find a book, which leads into tactical positions, then
u have a book, which fits to Fritz.

Also Rebel's book is very good tuned, Crafty has more problems
then against Fritz. I think also Rebel's book is not a good
source for Fritz.
