I would like Intel to re-implement the proposed P4. It had more of everything, and give it a new FP. But the P4 is inherently flawed, IMO. It relies too heavily on its SIMD instructions to get anything like real performance. It in effect has an on chip DSP, and that DSP is very limited. MvH Dan Andersson
