1) ELO ~1550 per LCDChess web site

At Chris Kantack's Web site devoted to LCD screen chess software/hardware,
he says: "fairly strong play (around 1550 ELO)".

2) Good Palm chess software > 500 ELO stronger than LCD Chess

Chess Genius Palm is probably about 2000 even on slow Palm's (16MHz).
Chess Tiger Palm is probably about 100 Elo stronger than Chess Genius Palm
(see, for instance, http://www.rebel.nl/chesstiger/ctgen.html)
Both will be stronger on higher clock rate Palms.

Here are some reviews and web sites. Note that the reviews are not
of the most recent versions of either Chess Tiger (14.9) or Chess Genius (1.4).
