My fundamental problem is that as long as you  get a move
and a bound value back from a failed search, i.e. no exact
score and full PV, there's no guarantee it's a good one, i.e.
not a false fail high.

Yet, Fritz and Shredder appear to have something that magically
allows them to determine they can trust the moves.
