Yes, it is optimal. The problem is that it is OFF by default because the PB
(Turbo mode) uses power all the time (even when it's the opponent's turn).
For most people, the strength of Tiger for Palm without the Turbo mode is
enough, and these customers probably prefer to save their batteries. That's why
it's OFF by default.
So the default settings are not optimal. To get the best results, you have to go
to the "Engine parameters" screen, tap on "Standard", and then you have to
manually check the "Turbo mode" box.
I forgot to tell Tony to do it...
