Correct.  I believe (thought anyway) that NASA was making the data
available, and providing the computer "server" used to hand out the
images and then take the results back...

I think some folks at Berkeley wrote the code.  Perhaps this is from a non-
NASA radio-telescope?  I haven't followed it very carefully...
