Fritz and Junior and Crafty as well as others are scalable. Why don't we with our own money put up a match with for example Crafty on the fastest Cluster should play 12 Games against Kasparov. While this isn't about DB being better but what it would say is weather for sure Crafty plays as well or better on the same AMOUNT of Nodes. That's the only way that we could compare the two ......let me rephrase whatever plays Kramnik had better have hardware to search 200Mnps if is doesn't then there reaslly is no way without the actual progrm outside of 24hr search on each Deep Blue Move. Crafty, Shredder, Nimzo, Little Goliath, Chess Tiger, Hiarcs, rebel etc... we get all top programs I'll even do this with Virtual Chess 64, it's no Itanium or DEC Alpha but it might do certain things The other programs Don't ...which helps for accuracy in comparison
