Not necessarily. His PalmVx does not necessarily have the same limitations than
yours.

There is no absolute speed limit for a given model. It depends on the device.

The only thing to remember is to set the speed as high as possible until Chess
Tiger's clock starts to be off.

On yours it is 26MHz, on Pete's it could be 35 or 37MHz.
