They actually discovered them by airplane because they were throwing javelins to the 'flying birds'. When talking about Nunn and computerchess then the difference between Nunn and the indians is that Nunn has learned that throwing javelins to flying birds isn't working. He's by the way still calling them flying birds, because he doesn't know a single scientific term which we use daily here on CCC. Proving something about 1+1 being 2 doesn't mean he knows something from algorithms in computer science. In fact i would be amazed if he knows the difference between Junior and Fritz. In Aegon he sure didn't know it. Against all programs he used the same method to fight them. Not exactly 'knowledgeable'. Sincethen his opinions and methods posted have not changed a single bit. O yes. He has endgame tablebases installed now and he knows how to start his computer with it. Directly resulting in an article about them. I have been at all world champs computerchess and many important computer chess tournaments. I have not seen Nunn at a single one of them. I sure have seen many new young talented programmers start their own engine. Even Uri Blass started one! (how're things going Uri?) Proficiat to all of them. I know how hard it is to make one. Nunn of course never has made his own thing. He'll never manage in fact. He's a chessplayer. Not a computerchess expert. >> >> >> >>> >>>Tell us Vincent. Is this your standard sentence to guarantee that you are always >>>right?
