Every program has full proccesing power at a computer when it is it's turn to
move.

Every program wastes average time of 2 minutes per move(it can be more than it
because the game does not start at move 1 but it can be also less than it
because the game may be of more than 90 moves and after 90 moves there are 30
minutes for the rest of the game).
