Would this be fair to say? :

"A GM playes like a 2500+ player at least 99% of the time.

Today's best programs of today's fast PCs play like 3000+ players some of the
time, like 2500 players some of the time, and like 2000 players (or even much
weaker) at least 2% of the time."
