I own an Ipaq (with pocket fritz), and my gf has a Palm (with chess tiger). Both of these are far superior to my cosmos. The pen interface is much more natural and convenient than the peg pieces. I find playing with a real board difficult now because I'm so used to my Ipaq. You can probably find an ipaq 3635 very cheap now (try ubid.com perhaps), and all its additional capabilities make it a much better buy than the cosmos.
