Subject: Chester1 renamed to Chesty and one feature added

Hello,

The program previously known as Chester1 is now known as Chesty (at least
temporarily).  It helps you send an EPD/FEN string to Chest for solving
(orthodox mates only) on Win32 systems.

It can be found here:

The other change to the program is that it now permits you to specify the
maximum depth to which Chest should search in trying to solve the position for
checkmate.
