There is know special license at the moment. As far as I know, it is implicitely
copirighted, with some consequences. The idea at the moment is, that anybody can
get it at no cost, but not redistribute it without my allowence. If anybody
thinks, that this needs a special license, and wants to suggest license in this
spirit, please contact me by mail.

I don't know.
