What makes you think/know that M$ Windows is required? Is this a browser issue
or something else?

Get used to it. Some people have Macs (and other platforms) and could ask these
type of questions every 5 minutes.. It was _your choice_ that you use Linux (as
it is my choice to use a Mac), with all the advantages and disadvantages.
Companies are free to ignore minorities and just be interested in sales numbers
and therefore offer services for Windows only. (yeah, the free market system
also has disadvantages, especially when you're not mainstream) At least that's
what _I_ usually get told when I complain. ;)
