Thanks.  I figured I'd have to either:

a) communicate via a file, or

b) go in and edit the CHEST source code (with Heiner's permission, of course) to
at least show the results in a simple STDOUT "console" window.

The way Chesty for Windows works currently does *not* involve piping CHEST's
STDIN or STDOUT.  It just invokes CHEST with a command line and lets CHEST show
the user its output in its standard DOS window (with a wrapper batch file used
to keep the DOS window on the screen after CHEST finishes).
