Yes but the question is if the program knows to read FEN correctly. At least my program does not know today to do it and simply ignores the ep target when it reads FEN because it is relatively less important(it does not ignore the castling rights). It also ignores the 2 last numbers and assumes that the game simply begins from the diagram(assumption that is not correct). fixing the problems is easy but it was not important enough for me to do it.
