I don't think that Bringer belongs into the top five either but you can't
conclude that out of Leo's tournaments because they featured Bringer 1.8, an
older version from April 2001.

From Andreas Herrmann's list:

Also Bringer 1.9 finished 7th in the big cct-4 tournament btw and as best free
amateur program.

There are less tournament results for it compaired to its competitors because it
is not so popular with the WinBoard friends.
