Hi Martin, in you index.c module you have: // if you have k pieces which you can put on n squares, and they reside on x_0, x_1, ... ,x_k-1, // where x_i is in the range 0....n-1, the "canonical" index for this configuration is given by: When you say "if you have k pieces" you mean k pieces of same type and color don't you?
