One of the reasons I voted for "less than 10%" is the fact that the "market" for illegal copies is closely related to the legal software market in the sense that popularity is the main issue. You will have no trouble getting pirated copies of Win98 or MS Office everywhere, but chess programs don't have a strong appeal to the mass market, so no-one actually bothers to pirate them. The only program I know which is "widely available" as a pirated copy is the Chessmaster series, and that is obviously the case because it's a mass market (multimedia) product. --- Shep
