I throw open the formula more for humans perhaps in future,
it's getting too high rated indeed, but i won't allow computers
at blitz or bullet ever.

I dislike playing computers in bullet and blitz for 4 reasons
  a) diep has no learning most idiots use the blitz/bullet to
get a better learning file then play it at standard with that.
  b) i would be playing only a few programs for nearly whole day online
  c) at tournaments you only play slow level, so why the hell do i need
to play other levels at icc against them with a random book?
Allowing >= 45 minutes games is already plenty fast.
  d) if i want to play computers i can do that at home too

Example of b. Up until a few weeks ago i allowed unrated
games against everyone. No matter rating or computer. then to my
amazement 12 hours a day (out of the around 12 hours a day it is logged
on) it was playing half of them unrated against computers at blitz, bullet.

I find it sick.
