Everyone respects him because he has a "fairly" strong program, and he himself is an excellent chess player. If not for this, he would have been banned from here (and ICC more than likely too) because of his very poor social skills. Vincent seems to always be on the offensive, and is always correct in whatever he says and does. This is not someone who will be liked by most. Plain and simple.
