Your mistake was not terrible, but I am glad to learn that my idea of the knight
on a1 was right.  I spent some time looking for this problem on the internet but
could not find it.  I also spent some time trying to solve the problem given
that there was a black knight on a1, but I could not.  Mainly, I wanted to learn
if my time was wasted ... and I am glad to see that it was not!  Thank you for
fixing it!

PS: I have fixed my e-mail address in my profile.  (AT&T Broadband, formerly
MediaOne, which I _still_ use, had to give up its old domain name after many
years due to a lawsuit.  But I switched the CCC profile to reference a separate
Yahoo address.)
