Simply just click where it say Engines, then click Install and select, then select Details then click New then select type of engine, for example for YACE select Winboard and for SOS_Arena or Sjeng select UCI, then when you are done Click OKAY on the bottom,. Finally to select which engines you want to run as primary, you need to Click Slect on the Top left margin, Then where it says available engines click one of them, and to select the primary engine select one of them where it say Actives engines [max 2], plus don't forget on the bottom to click Okay. Finally after you have selected two engines, you need to click Engines one more time and select the last one engine -engine match and move that icon to the bottom right so you can see the match.
