What allows you to make that conclusion? What you said implies
that Hiarcs gets stronger at longer timecontrols, which is haven't seen
any evidence for, and I personally don't believe it's true based on
the indications I have seen.

Nonsense. There is _nothing_ between the latest 17.x and the lastest
18.x versions that would imply a difference in blitz vs standard
performance.

Robert did make a lot of changes, but most were fixes, and none
were search related in such a way that it would alter blitz and
standard performance. (there were in the inbetween versions, but not
in the latest ones)

Nonsense. I would have thought that the Palm Tiger games would
have gotten people to get a clue, but appearently, they didn't.
