Start with hello world, go from there.

I'd advise against explaining everything (e.g., ISAs) at the outset. I've done
that to people who have a fair bit of programming experience and they tune out.
Information overload.

I'm sure this is uncalled for, but is it possible this girl is coming on to you
and doesn't care at all about programming? Sounds suspicious. Never try to
explain computer stuff to people who aren't honestly interested--it always ends
in disaster.
