I agree.

One point I would make is that Mark Uniacke has another full-time job working
for Nortel Systems and a young family.  I know from what Eric Hallsworth has
said in Selective Search that Mark hasn't had as much time over the last three
years to work on HIARCS as he would have liked.  This is in contrast to Frans
Morsch who spend 100% of his time developing Fritz.

Having said all of that let's not rule out a spectacular increase in strength as
Mark is clearly a talented programmer.  According to Eric, ChessBase have Hiarcs
8 second only to Fritz 7 and approximately equal in strength to the Tigers!
