The GUI has been built with an older project of mine called "PAN3". I have
written the graphical drivers for Hercules (monochrome), CGA, EGA and VGA myself
in assembly, as well as the window/event/mouse manager.
At the time (in 1992) I was very proud of it. It works even on XT computers with
very little RAM.
