Subject: Experience with ChessBase USA?

I ordered something from ChessBase USA 9 days ago and selected the "2-3 day"
shipping option.  One might reasonably expect the item to ship that day or the
next day (that's what ICD and most other companies do), right?  But it hasn't
arrived yet.

What does the speed of shipping matter if the vendor takes indefinitely long to
ship the order?

Have others seen this sort of thing from ChessBase USA?

(Also, I received no confirmation e-mail or shipping/tracking notice, both of
which are absolutely standard with the dozen+ other vendors from which I buy
products on-line.)
