Thanks Sally.

At this point it's only "somewhat" overdue.  Another week or two and it will be
"way" overdue.  But the total lack of communication (I don't know how to find
out if/when it will arrive) is a good part of the problem too.  The technology
has existed for years for companies to automatically communicate order/shipping
progress to their customers via e-mail.  I can't imagine that setting up such a
system is prohibitively expensive, as so many small vendors use them nowadays.

I'm curious: are there other places in the US that sell Pocket Fritz?
