At this point it's only "somewhat" overdue. Another week or two and it will be "way" overdue. But the total lack of communication (I don't know how to find out if/when it will arrive) is a good part of the problem too. The technology has existed for years for companies to automatically communicate order/shipping progress to their customers via e-mail. I can't imagine that setting up such a system is prohibitively expensive, as so many small vendors use them nowadays. I'm curious: are there other places in the US that sell Pocket Fritz?
